Sweet Lane
Sweet Lane, founded by Chef Johan Masiran, is a home-based bakery established in Renggam, Kluang, Johor. Formerly an HR Executive at Aquaria KLCC, Chef Johan made the courageous decision to leave corporate life to care for his bedridden mother, and in doing so, devoted the past decade to growing Sweet Lane from his own kitchen.
Celebrated for its signature homemade cakes ~ including Carrot Walnut Cake, Red Velvet, and Lychee Rose Cake ~ Sweet Lane supplies neatly portioned slice cakes to petrol stations across Johor. The brand is also especially known for its moist, buttery pineapple tarts, thoughtfully baked and sold during festive Raya seasons. Beyond baking, Chef Johan occasionally produces and retails homemade kimchi at selected petrol stations, reflecting his versatility, resilience, and deep passion for crafting food with heart and purpose.
